Debbie Bags a Kent Hat-trick (March 06, 2008) City's Debbie Burgess scored her first county hat-trick on Wednesday evening as Kent Ladies defeated Oxfordshire Ladies 5-0 at Corinthians FC.
Coming on as a second half substitute, Debbie scored her goals in a twenty minute spell and was unlucky not to add to her haul in the closing stages of the game.
Debbie was delighted at her evening's work, 'It is always an honour to play representative football and to score a hat-trick for Kent is another milestone on what has to date been a fantastic season'.
Sarah Hardy was also included in the squad as were Debbie Blackmore and Vicki Fusco who sadly both had to withdraw due to injury. Click here to return to the News page
