City & the Community
Representatives of the Canterbury City Council, Active Life, the Kent Sports Development Unit, Canterbury Rugby Club, Simon Langton Boys’ School, the Kent County Football Association and consultants People United have joined with the club as a strategic delivery team aiming to provide a community football ‘hub’ in the city.
After a recent meeting, City’s chairman, Phil Knight, said: “We are excited at the prospect of working with the city council and other partners to make our shared vision come true. Moving on to a delivery stage is a huge statement of intent to get this job done”.

City's coaches have been at the Barracks in Canterbury this summer
giving football coaching, which is obviously appreciated by the
youngsters.
