学校简章德蒙福特大学（De Montfort University），简称“DMU”，是一所坐落于英国英格兰莱斯特郡的公立综合性大学。大学命名为德蒙福特是为了纪念Simon de Montfort，曾经的第六世莱斯特伯爵 （Earl of Leicester）, 中世纪期间建立英国第一个议会的伟人。德蒙福特大学拥有英国顶尖的艺术设计学院（毕业生荣获奥斯卡奖◤），全世界范围内唯一获得国际足联认证的硕士专业The FIFA Master ，共有23名教授荣获英国高等教育◣学院授予的会士称∩号。国际博士项目是英国德蒙福特大学专为国际学ㄨ生定制的博士课程。国际博士项目允许在英国 以外的学生在 DMU 学习 MPhil / PhD 学位课程，但要求学生在本国进行大部分研究。国际博士项目，学生会获得◣和普通全日制博士项目学生，相同的学术支持和指导，并且，学生最终将会获得相同的博士学︻历证书。参加国际博士的学生，每年在英国12周，其中6周时间接受导师指导，6周做调研、修改 论文或准备毕△业答辩，剩余时间在国内进行博士研读。

申请:学费6000英镑/年，29800元申请服务费，前提是英语达标，无需任何 英语及专业上的指导。在调研阶段，学生需每月通过 myResearch 上交 Progress Report，包括短期进展与目标等。在研究试用期，学生需在开学的 6 个月内完成First Project Review/学生每学年年末需完成 Annual Review Process(最晚为一学年最⌒后两个月内)。在校期间，学生必须参加generic Research Training Programme。我们有 Vice-chancellor’s 2020 奖学金，金额最高可以减免一半的学费。 我们还有一个针对计算机、工程、传媒、影视、艺术设计和商法的奖学☆金( Computing, Engineering, Media Studies, Film Studies, Arts, Design, Humanities, Health and Life Sciences and Business and Law.)，分为全奖和学费 waiver 两种。延毕第一年不用缴费，延毕第二年需要缴纳 6100 英镑。视情况而定，通常情况下，DMU 是给↙学生提供就业指导以及岗位机会Short term visit visa (短期交流访问签)德蒙¤福特大学的国际采取双导师制，每一个主导师只能带 6 个学生7)国际博士的学位证书和全部 3 年都在英国研修的有区别吗?没有任何区别，证书上不会有显示国际博士或者远程博士等字眼理论上可以，但是实际上研修一个专业方向已经很困难，研究两个可行性较低
